Recipe: Mules, Three Ways

Mules are the perfect summer time drink—ginger beer and lime are a dynamic duo, bringing out the brightest flavors in our spirits and making them as refreshing as possible. Traditionally, mules are served in copper mugs because the metal is a better insulator than glass, keeping your cocktail cooler and as refreshing as possible!

In honor of the first day of summer, we’re mixing up mules three ways, each with their own flavors

Classic Mule:

A traditional recipe using our ultra-velvety potato vodka

2 oz potato vodka
1/2 oz lime juice
6 oz ginger beer
lime garnish

Starkus Mule:

A hint of smoke and caramel enhance refreshing ginger

2 oz Starkus light whiskey
1/2 oz lemon juice
6 oz ginger beer
lemon & mint leaves for garnish

Cranberry-Juniper Mule:

Botanical and herbal vibrance!

1 1/2 oz cranberry juniper vodka
1/2 oz cranberry cordial
6 oz ginger beer
garnish with sprig of rosemary

Instructions:

For all mule recipes, pour ingredients over ice. Stir lightly, and serve in a chilled copper mug. Garnish according to the ingredients list. Enjoy!
